PLEASE NOTE: This form is for CSRA Membership only. For CPRA, please download the form or contact us by phone. Please fill out the form below to begin the CSRA membership process. Once filled out you will receive a username/password and be able to pay your membership dues online. Note that your membership will not be activated until you pay your membership fees.

- Two Digit race numbers reserved for Semi Pro and Pro Riders ONLY.
